Reinforce the structures of your thinking.

1 Peter 1:13 Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ The loins of your mind may be considered as the procreative power of your thinking. It refers to the structural framework by which you process information that arise as thoughts in your mind. The mind of the Believer is God's worktable for transforming society to his glory. The Christian potentially has the mind of Christ (1Cor.2:16). This means we have received the grace that guides the way Jesus thinks. We have a divinely inspired intellect. God is a deep thinker and he shares his thoughts with us. We must LET this mind work in us ( Phi.2:5) The infrastructure required to set the functioning of the mind of Christ in us is the word of God. The government of heaven, God , has graciously provided for us these basic goods and services, the written word and the Guiding Interpreter ( God the Holy Ghost), by which we can bring to pass his will in our generations. Through diligent consistency in studying and meditating on God’s word, we are endued with grace for joyful obedience and, through unwavering faith we execute the will of God with innovative abilities that exceeds what the world can do. Like Joseph, Daniel and his friends, Believers can be found ten times better than unbelievers in providing sustainable solutions to global challneges (Dan. 1:20) Godly innovation is a key means by which God’s children can overturn the deceptive direction of worldly technology into a prosperous tool of good success for our generations. Satan is working hard to make technology ( AI, Bio-synthesis, Robotics etc) a tool for evil ( e.g. development of weapons for instigating unreasonable wars, including biological and chemical weapons, social media platforms for promoting social vices and inordinate inequality). But God, in his mercy, has chosen to make good what Satan wished to cause evil. We, Believers, are God’s battle axe in this endeavour. This challenges us to give more time and attention to unpacking the wisdom strategies in God's word as they apply to our secular fields of endeavour. God knows chemistry, economics and visual arts. He is the Great designer artists, the greatest vocational skills specialist and multi-disciplinary engineer. He has the most excellent political accumen and the widest search engine for all eternity. All the algorithms in the world put together, present past and future, are not anywhere comparable to the bits and bytes of the divine capability. He is infinitely beyond the capacity of man or any other form of intelligence. His word, contains knowledge, truth, wisdom that is exceedingly abundantly more than men can ever fathom. So the Christian must wake up from the sleep of mediocrity and superstitious religion to apply ourselves to deep thinking over God's word and how it connects to our secular endeavours. If we continue in our relative negligence of the great resource God's word could be to our generation, we allow the enemy to lead our generations astray. This has eternal consequence. Arise and shine!
