Emmanuel Kwame Mensah is the General Coordinator of Cross-Cutting Excellence (CCE) and an international development consultant with more than 2 decades of experience with the international civil service (United Nations), working as a policy advisor, tools developer and trainer to governments, business owners and workers across Africa, Asia and Europe. His expertise is on International Labour Standards (ILS) specializing in the Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work (FPRW). Kwame is also a solutionist with focus on productivity standards. He is a frontliner in the development of outcome measurements and impact assessment, driving the application of MEALS (Monitoring Evaluation Accountability Learning and Scaling) tools in business productivity, decent work and regional development. He is a strong advocate on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as applicable in a godly manner. In Africa he has strengthened capabilities in several countries including Benin, La Côte d'Ivoire, Liberia, Ghana, Togo, Namibia, Nigeria and South Africa. Emmanuel is the CEO of CCE Consult and Excell Creation. He lives in Accra with his wife Lily and family; working with local churches and Christian brethren to enhance godliness in the secular space to the glory of God in Christ Jesus our ONLY Lord and Saviour.
